American Gathering Conference collection France A-Z poems.

Consists of three poems, "The Year of My Death," "The Witness," and "The Rise of the Phoenix," written by Monique Pasternak, a native of France and a survivor of the Holocaust. The poems relate Pasternak's emotions of oppression by the Nazis' and memorialize the 6 million Jews killed in the Holocaust. The poems focus on Pasternak's experiences in 1942.
